WHAT YOU BRING

• Solid knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, or ASP.NET Core
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Proficiency in ORM frameworks like Entity Framework and ADO.NET
• Development of software components using Blazor, Razor Pages, MVC, or other common patterns
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, xUnit, NUnit
• High motivation and structured work approach
• Clean Code and TDD
• Team player with good German and English skills
• Nice to have: Experience with deployment pipelines (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships
• Advising existing customers on our IT solutions and services
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to explore new market potentials
• Managing and expanding our project business, as well as future responsibility for building and selling our product business
• Creating and presenting offers as well as negotiating contract agreements
• Close collaboration with specialist departments to develop tailored solutions
• Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and networking events for market expansion

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in IT sales or IT customer consulting
• Completed commercial or technical training, or a degree with an IT focus is desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Structured and self-reliant working approach
• Interest in technological developments and digital solutions
• Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the entire recruitment process (job postings, candidate management, interviews)
• Supporting employee development and personnel management
• Onboarding new employees and accompanying the induction process
• Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related issues
• Coordinating personnel administration (e.g., contract creation, personnel files, certificates)
• Contributing to the optimization of our HR processes and tools
• Creating and maintaining employee profiles for internal and external presentations
• Organizing and conducting employee meetings, training sessions, and team events

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training or a degree in human resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in an IT company
• Experience in recruiting specialists and executives
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and self-reliant working style
• High affinity for digital tools and IT-related processes
• Confidentiality, responsibility, and teamwork skills
• Good German and English language skills
